



Robert "Bob" Wells founded Bob's Smokehouse in 1973. He opened several restaurant locations throughout San Antonio, Texas. His food was loved both locally and nationally! In addition, Bob was admired for his smile, one-liners and genuine hospitality. Bob learned the are to "Pit Barbeque" in Waelder, Texas. He passed on this craft to his family and protege's.
Now, his protege Robert "Baby Bob" Long continues the legacy of Bob's Smokehouse. He continues to provide delicious, slow smoked brisket, ribs, chicken, lamb, homemade sausage and secret sauce. All with down-home hospitality and smiles to go.
